Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, all trailer sales are considered final once the purchase is completed and the trailer has left our premises.

2. Exceptions for Returns

Returns may be considered only under the following conditions:

• The trailer has a manufacturer defect that was not disclosed at the time of sale
• The trailer received does not match the agreed-upon specifications in the purchase contract

Any return request must be submitted within 3 days of purchase or delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Trailers that have been used, modified, or damaged after purchase
• Custom-built or special-order trailers
• Clearance or discounted items marked "Final Sale"
• Normal wear and tear issues

4. Inspection Requirement

Customers are responsible for inspecting the trailer at the time of pickup or delivery. By accepting the trailer, the customer acknowledges that the unit is in satisfactory condition unless otherwise noted.

5. Refund Process

If a return is approved:

• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment
• Processing time may take 5-10 business days
• Any applicable fees, including restocking, transport, or administrative fees, may be deducted

6. Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.

7. Warranty Coverage

Many trailers sold by Top 1 Trailers LLC may include a manufacturer's warranty. Customers are encouraged to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims related to defects or repairs.

8. Cancellations

• Orders canceled before pickup or delivery may be eligible for a partial refund
• Deposits on reserved or custom trailers may be non-refundable

Top 1 Trailers LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
