Was willing to stay late to accommodate my schedule so I could see the trailer in the evening. The paperwork process was quick and painless. He did a quick walk around the trailer, double checked that all the lug nuts were right on the trailer, helped me confirm all my lights were working properly. I looked at a lot of trailers prior to buying one and the build quality was never great on any of the trailers, good but not great.
